Shipping Arrangement

 

Shipping Fee 

We offer a 8 USD flat shipping fee by airmail, regardless of shipping destination. And express shipping on demand (please contact us). Since we based in Hong Kong, everything will be shipped within Hong Kong. Geographically speaking, Hong Kong is located in Asia.

Worldwide Shipping

Springlin offers worldwide shipping. You name it, we ship it. Our normal shipping method for orders weighing up to 2KG is air mail. Please contact us on e-mail info@springlin.com for shipping costs on orders over 2KG. We will search for the most cost effective shipping method for your order.

Dispatch & Shipping Time

Orders typically ship from our warehouse in Hong Kong, within 2-3 business days. We will send you a shipping confirmation by email when your order is dispatched. Shipping time is generally between 7-21 days for airmail and 3-10 days for express courier.

For your convenience, we offer a tracking number on every order. Once your order is dispatched, you can find the tracking number in your Springlin account or in your shipping confirmation email. With that number, you can track your order on the corresponding carrier's website.

Customs

All parcels shipped to countries outside of Hong Kong may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. As the importer of record in the destination country, the recipient of the shipment is responsible for all import restrictions and fees. While less than 3% of the orders have customs duties and fees levied, this ultimately depends on the destination country.

Returns & Claims

If you are unsatisfied with any product purchased in the last 30 days, please let us know your concerns. We'll do our best to make you happy. If you have received a damaged or incorrect sample of tea, please email us. All teas and teaware that have been opened incur a 35% restocking fee. If we made a mistake, we will pay for the return shipment. However, if the reason for your return is due to personal preference (i.e. you decided that herbals are not your cup of tea), you will be responsible for the cost of mailing the item back to us. Simply go to your account page, and select the items you wish to return to us. We will guide you through the process and will generate a return label. All items with the exception of sample pouches are returnable. You will have a choice of received store credit, a refund on your credit card, or a replacement.

We treat all customer information to be personal and confidential, including orders and the products they purchase or inquire about. We respect the right to privacy and therefore, we will not sell or rent any personal information to any outside organization - with no exceptions.
